The Hewitt House and gardens are nestled in the scenic Cumberland mountains in Mercer County, West Virginia and are situated in the bend of the peaceful Bluestone River. The Carriage House is a charming, tranquil, private retreat for couples or a small family. The guest rooms in the main house are elegantly decorated with period furnishings. These rooms include the Wisteria & Lace room, the Reeds & Roses room, and the John F. Kennedy room (yes, it is said that he was a guest at the Hewitt House).
The Hewitt House Bed and Breakfast is situated within a mile from the entrance of the famous Hatfield and McCoy ATV trail (www.trailsheaven.com) and within walking distance to the headquarters.
